| This is one of the greatest hockey games out for the NES. The controls on this game are very easy and smooth. The sounds are very fun to hear, the inaudible "with the pass" will make you catch yourself saying it along with the announcer. There is a lot to this game that I like, and for me not being a big sport fan, not being a sport fan at all, this is a good game. The team you choose realy doesnt make a difference becuase all you are choosing is pretty much just a color. Everyone is equal in this game, no one is stronger or is faster. The game is very easy to score on and easy to block shots. Its a fun game, and it gets people who dont play sports into them. The fights in this game are great, after pushing your opponent a few types he may drop his gloves and a fight will start, during this fight it plays like a fighting game, blocking, ducking, and punching. The more people you fight and knock out, the less people are left on the other team. There are also penalty shots that look very good, but you do not have very good control when taking a shot. Overall, this game is very fun to play by yourself, and even more fun to play with other people. This game is great to have at a party with a lot of people and have a tournaments. |
